Hello from New Zealand! The trip is winding down and I’ll post a day by day once I get back. Everyone told me how beautiful it would be but I couldn’t really comprehend it until I saw it with my own eyes. I can’t pick my favorite activity because they were all awesome but the sunrise runs certainly rank right near the top.
A huge thank you to my parents for making the trip happen, my big bro for convincing me to go hang gliding, and his wife Kate for a great Christmas dinner.
I could be sad about leaving tomorrow but I’m not. I’m just happy I got to have the experience. And at the end of the day there really is no place like home.
